Welcome to Round TUIT Sheds (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, purchasing a building, communicating with us, or using our website, you (“the customer” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Products & Services

Round TUIT Sheds provides:

Portable buildings
Utility sheds, lofted barns, cabins, garages, carports, and metal buildings
Free delivery on qualifying structures
Rent-to-own (RTO) options through approved third-party financing partners
Custom buildings and optional upgrades

All purchases are subject to manufacturer availability and production schedules.

2. Quotes & Pricing

2.1 Quotes

All quotes—verbal, printed, texted, emailed, or sent through Messenger—are:

Valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
Based on current manufacturer pricing
Subject to tax and adjustments

2.2 Sales Tax

All purchases are subject to local and state sales tax.
If an error occurs, the corrected amount will apply.

2.3 Pricing Errors

We may correct any pricing error, typo, or miscalculation at any time.

3. Payments

3.1 Rent-to-Own (RTO) Providers

Rent-to-own financing is offered through third-party providers, not by Round TUIT Sheds.

All RTO payment terms, fees, repossession rules, and obligations are governed solely by the financing company.

Round TUIT Sheds is not responsible for:

Payment issues
Contract disputes
Interest or late fees
Credit decisions
Contract enforcement or repossessions

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Credit/debit cards (processed securely)
Cash
Certified checks or money orders
Approved RTO agreements

3.3 Deposits

Deposits:

Secure the order
Apply to the final price
Become non-refundable once the order is submitted to the manufacturer

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders include any structure built with special colors, options, or modifications (e.g., electrical, extra windows, spray foam, porches, custom layouts).

Custom orders may be canceled, but may be subject to:

Restocking fees
Manufacturer cancellation fees
Material costs
Labor already completed

Any fees incurred will be deducted from the customer’s deposit or billed separately.

5. Delivery & Setup

5.1 Free Delivery Radius

Portable buildings include free delivery within 150 miles of our lot.
Metal buildings and carports may have installer-specific service areas.

5.2 Delivery Requirements

Customers must ensure:

A ready, level site
Safe and adequate access
No obstructions (trees, fences, vehicles, soft ground, etc.)

Unsafe or inaccessible sites may result in extra fees or rescheduling.

5.3 Block & Level

Blocks are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers must provide the required number of concrete blocks before delivery.

Or refer to the Customer Delivery Agreement (CDA).

If blocks are not available, leveling may be impossible and extra fees may apply.

5.4 Weather & Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to:

Weather
Road conditions
Production schedules
Installer availability

Round TUIT Sheds is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Warranties

6.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All buildings include the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
Warranty terms vary by product line.

6.2 Workmanship

We ensure buildings are delivered and positioned correctly.
Not covered:

Ground settling
Storm damage
Improper site prep
Customer alterations

6.3 Metal Building Warranty

Provided by the installer/manufacturer directly.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

The order has not been submitted to the manufacturer
Production has not begun
Delivery has not been attempted

7.2 Non-Refundable Items

Deposits after order submission
Delivery fees after attempted delivery
Financing fees or interest
Labor or materials already completed

7.3 Cancellations

Orders canceled after production begins may incur restocking fees or forfeiture of deposit.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information
Prepare the site according to the CDA
Supply required concrete blocks
Ensure safe access for delivery
If not using RTO: pay the required deposit at order time and the remaining balance upon delivery
If using RTO: follow all financing company payment terms
Review and approve all order details before submission

9. Limitation of Liability

Round TUIT Sheds is not liable for:

Damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or irrigation lines
Damage caused by improper site preparation
Weather-related damage after delivery
Third-party financing or installer delays
Consequential damages (lost time, income, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the building.

10. Communication Consent

By contacting us, you consent to receive:

Text messages
Phone calls
Emails
Messenger/social media messages

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

11. Website & Digital Use

By using our website (roundtuitsheds.com), you agree not to:

Misuse or spam quote forms
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with website functionality
Copy, scrape, harvest, or redistribute website content, images, pricing, or data without written permission
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or collect information

Round TUIT Sheds may deny service to anyone engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or malicious behavior.

Unauthorized use of our website, systems, or content may result in account blocking, denial of service, and may be subject to legal action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Any legal disputes will be handled in Arkansas courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
